Leading of task force including daily meetings with other departments and presentations on high management level. Data evaluation, preparation and presenting of assembly KPIs and high management reports. Prepared and moderated daily management shop floor meetings. Performing process optimizations to eliminate bottlenecks in the assembly process. Supporting all assembly areas regarding quality issues. Responsibility for analyzing, creating and updating of production training documents.

Supporting the assembly planning team leaders and project managers with the coordination and implementation of activities within production control. Project controlling and working with process partners to resolve individual issues. Preparing and following up of sessions and meetings. BEMI/Tool design, ordering and replacement.

Computer-aided techniques with NX Siemens. Creating 2D and 3D mechanical drawings of projects. Testing and working on pattern parts.

Supportive activities in production with CNC milling and turnery shops. Insight into the thermal treatment process. Independent work in the quality assurance.

Power & Gas Divison Basic manual and mechanical activities relating to metal and plastic working. Machining, reshaping and thermal joining and separating process manufacturing process.

Exchange student for one semester.

Bachelor thesis at the „Institute for Transport Systems and Logistics“ (TUL). Subject-matter: „Risk minimization along a supply chain using Blockchain Technologies.”
