• Overall responsibility for Talent Acquisition strategy and recruitment delivery • Leadership responsibility for a team of internal TA Advisors in assigned markets • Accountability for Executive Recruitment, including search and selection, offer construction, negotiation • Development of Employer Branding strategy and implementation of initiatives in collaboration with Communications • Implementation of Recruitment RPO model in assigned markets

• Overall responsibility for Talent Acquisition strategy and end-to-end recruitment delivery • Leadership responsibility for a team of internal TA Advisors in assigned markets • Full-cycle recruitment for assigned business areas, including search and selection, offer construction and negotiation, senior stakeholder management • Development of Employer Branding strategy and successful implementation of initiatives in collaboration with Communications

• Responsibility for Talent Acquisition activities for Novartis’ research organization in Switzerland • Stakeholder management in alignment with HR Business Partners, consulting on full range of staffing matters • Consistent tracking of Staffing metrics and reporting on statistics, providing consulting on trends and implementation of appropriate action plans to ensure optimal delivery

• Drive end-to-end recruitment process at local/global level for assigned client groups, counseling hiring managers on sourcing strategy throughout selection and hiring process • Stakeholder management in close collaboration with HR Business Partners to prioritize hiring needs and requisitions

• Overall responsibility for sourcing activities on national and international level for retained search assignments for clients in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Life Science industry • Management of internal pool of sourcers and external recruitment suppliers • Secondary Account Manager for client relationship management • Development and/or review of preferred supplier/agency framework agreements

• Systematic market mapping, targeting and direct search activities using a wide range of search techniques such as Boolean search, social sourcing, etc.

• Search, identification and approaching of passive candidates in the healthcare market
