Michael Ennis

As supervisor of operations for EU CoLo's at Menlo Worldwide I am directly responsible for the people management, process management and resource management across 8 European sites. Responsible for successful execution and implementation of all European projects and customer support processes.

In this position I lead the Frankfurt operation which consists of customer driven logistics projects and assist and train at other European sites where necessary. One of the main objects of the position is to maintain and improve the Lean warehousing environment and to ensure customer satisfaction in order to attain future projects.

Working on the factory floor on 2 cycle shift while studying with the German Diploma.

Installation and maintenance of private, commercial and industrial alarms systems. Problem solving. Surveying of premises and subsequently designing suitable alarm systems. Hands on customer service. Training of new recruits.

Monitor, maintained and controlled wafer planing machines in a cleanroom Environment, in this position I also trained in peer training, and attained the best score in the class while attending an upskilling programme supported by Tallaght Institute of technology, I was also the safety rep for my cluster.
