For the past twenty years, I have been successfully managing large projects / programs of work as well as providing management consulting services through my own IT consulting business in Australia, Germany and the UK. I have been working across a range of industries including financial services, telecommunications, media, utilities / engineering, property services, education, government and manufacturing, as well as for the not-for profit sector. My core experience is in project / program management, vendor & contract management, business transformation, change & stakeholder management, business analysis and process improvement from both a consulting and non- consulting perspective. I have project management certification and hold a master’s degree in civil engineering. I am fully proficient in English and German.
