Customer Success Advocate in a "customer first" and "customer obsessed" culture. Supporting the launch of new Microsoft products in international markets (e.g. Office 2019, Microsoft 365...).

- Owning and driving of site programming, local content creation, implementation of internal and external campaigns to support local content strategies and connect customers with solutions. - Providing input to new site version features, which include effective integration of Office trial conversion and direct sales through Microsoft store - Supporting the launch of new Microsoft products in international markets (Office 2013, Office Mobile, Office web apps, Office 365).

- Working cross-group with site management and production teams worldwide to define and maintain localized content roadmaps, publishing process, schedule and triage site plans. - Driving local web initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and traffic to Office.com - Providing input to new site version features (examples: "partner purchase pages pilot" leading to "hosted online store pilot".

Switching to Online Services "world" in Office Development. - Integration of German Presales Marketing platform (www.microsoft.com) with parallel existing and very strong - and integrated - Postsales platform (www.office.com) to increase reach of our new and combined One-Stop-Platform by an order of magnitude.

Coming from Microsoft's Biz-Tools Development the next step was to broaden the role to Microsoft Office. Example of successes: "German Spellingreform implementation into Microsoft Office".

Working in Product Development for Visio and Project to make our products and services ready for an international audience (Examples: Euro Currency Symbol integration, mectric/imperial systems distinction in Visio).

Starting as one of three "founding members" of the German Microsoft Services Premier Support team for Microsoft Office in Germany working closely with the Product Development team in Redmond. Products: Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Project, Visio, PowerPoint

Joining the Excel Support team in '95 I added the following products so my skills: VBA-Programming support, PowerPoint, Schedule+.

Apprentenceship in Electrical Engineering (from Telecommunications to high-voltage engineering, from electronics to various programming tools/languages) resulting in a craft certificate for electrical engineering.
