Responsibility to oversee the security management at Swisscom IT Services Group, Switzerland's largest IT outsourcing company. My responsibilities included managing three teams of security experts, totaling up to 22 employees, and reporting directly to an Executive Board member. I was tasked with defining and designing security architecture for products, customer solutions, and security-related infrastructure, implementing and enforcing security policies, as well as monitoring security and managing threats.
