• Managing, leading, coaching and developing Global Alliances Marketing Managers and teams • Primarily responsible for managing selected Symantec’s strategic global alliances and defining the vision for alliance marketing (direction definition, socializing with stakeholders and executing with and through regions)

• Managing, leading, coaching and developing Country Marketing Managers and teams • Directing all marketing execution in EMEA Central Region with regards to marketing programs/campaigns (centrally provided) for direct customers and channel in support of the regional business

• Responsible for the development and execution of marketing programs with strategic alliances in EMEA as well as the execution of marketing programs within Region Central • Development and execution of joint marketing plans and initiatives with designated Strategic Alliances, such as HP, Dell, IBM, Fujitsu Siemens Computers, Microsoft, Intel. (including marketing, sales enablement, demand generation and field engagement)
