Effectively build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to maximize their equipment performance. Conduct thorough plant audits and assessments to identify potential areas for improvement, efficiency enhancement, and revenue generation.

I successfully oversaw a team of 8 Field Service and Technical Support engineers supporting our packaging equipment customers globally. Responsibility for project management, scope definition, and technical sales generation. As a manufacturer of high power electronic equipment used in packaging, pharmaceutical and food industries; all field service personnel were degreed Electrical Engineers.

Specialized in managing a team of 10 field service engineers covering a customer base from Newfoundland, Canada to Chile. I was also in the travel pool making technical and sales visits. Management responsibility ranges from first customer contact issue resolution to hands on technical support in remote locations. This includes but not limited to, new technology installation, software/hardware integration on aging assets and machine evaluations for automation upgrades.
