Developed robotics-inspired AI and machine learning methods for protein structure prediction. My algorithm was among the top methods in a global prediction competition. Developed a deep learning method for data fusion in protein contact prediction. Leveraged a new kind of cross-linking data for protein structure analysis using AI. Proposed a new line of research based on this work (funded by the DFG with approx. e500,000).
