Biomarker analytics and new technologies

Bioanalysis of small molecules within DMPK. Analysis of all samples from DM (in vitro) studies and from PK, pharmacology, toxicology and biomarkers under high-through-put conditions. Analysis by LC-MS/MS (7 triple quad instruments from ABSciex and the TripleTOF and a QExactive). Responsible for MetID. Project team support as DMPK representative.

Responsible for Bioanalytics and Metabolism. Bioanalytics of plasma, blood, urine and tissue from humans and animals. Method development and validation. Working according to GLP, GMP and GCP. Analysis of samples from clinical and non-clinical studies for small molecules, RNA, peptides and Proteins. Including method development and analytics for biosimilars and medicinal products.Biomarker determinations.

Introduction of LC-MS/MS in bioanalytics, successfully audited as new GLP organization,analytics for clinical and non-clinical studies, outcontracting of studies and monitoring of CROs, participation in project teams. Analytical Tasks included fast analytics of small molecules, MetID, characterization of modified proteins by LC-MS, quantification using LC-MS, HPLC-UV/FL, immunoassay (ELISA)
