Reporting to the Managing Director of Kuehne+Nagel in Poland and functionally to the Regional IT Director for Eastern Europe. Responsible for establishing and implementing a strategy for Information Technology in line with the overall company strategy, providing and maintaining efficient infrastructure, supporting business applications and managing IT-related projects.

Reporting to the Group IT Director, responsible for Corporate IT infrastructure in entire FM Logistic group (ca 1,2B€), in particular for establishing strategy of evolution, implementation and data center management. Runs availability in line with business SLA requirements; performance, security and evolution of corporate and countries’ IT/IS systems. Manages 25 people, including 5 managers, who are located in France.

Reporting to the Group IT Director, responsible for establishing and running IT/IS Corporate Competence Center providing transport (TMS) and supply chain (SCM) solution services to all Operations located in Europe and Asia. Manages staffing, budgeting, development, design and integration of software and hardware for above mentioned Operations. Manages, directly and indirectly, 15 people, including 5 managers, whose teams are located in Poland and France.

Reporting to the Group IT Director, responsible for establishing and running IT/IS Service Center providing services for Central and Eastern Europe to 23 Distribution Centers within CEE and 4 outside. Managed staffing, budgeting, development, design and integration of software and hardware for above mentioned DC and Operations. Managed, directly and indirectly, 65 people, including 12 managers. Challenged to improve productivity and reduce costs through improved team efficiency

Reporting to the General Manager Central Europe, responsible for managing all aspects of delivering IT services to 19 Distribution Centers within CE and 3 outside: Spain, Italy and China. Managed, directly and indirectly, 44 personnel accountable for the on-going maintenance, development and implementation of projects supporting 300 MEUR in turnover. Developed and managed 4 MEUR budget.

Recruited to manage IT Systems and infrastructure for FM Logistic in Poland and quickly awarded added responsibilities for Central Europe. Oversee all IT functions including data center management, vendor relationships, technical support, financial monitoring and disaster recovery planning. Worked with cross-functional teams to ensure that the systems provide the most effective and comprehensive services possible to the users. Managed staff of 12 people.

Moved to ICT department of Fire Brigade to be responsible for providing IT and Communication services to all Fire Divisions in Lodz’s garrison. Led staff of System Specialist maintaining IT infrastructure based on SCO Unix System and Informix RDBMS.

Coordination and execution of day-to-day duties, training and welfare for 25 fireman. Commanded the firefighting and rescue actions in the industrial district of Lodz city. Conducted exercises in the diagnosis of the operational facilities for prevention.
