Continuous improvement of the manufacturing process using analysis tools and creative solutions. Played an active role in daily KPI-oriented planning, as well as in daily activities at the production line. Conduct research on incidents, and create a series of associated corrective and preventive actions. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of analysis using various tools for continuous improvement and reduced consumer complaints, such as PR Story Pro or PowerBI. Focus on quality, safety and loss elimination.

Developed functional design tasks at the Project Onesait Prosumers. Designed and created product tests for the Demand Flexibility platform. Updated existing user guides for different product functionalities. Supervised and lead a team of programmers responsible for the implementation of new capabilities and the resolving issues on the platform. Active interaction with customers and providers, as well as collaborated in an EU-Funded Horizon Program. Gained Scrum experience working with agile framework.

Collaborated in multiple district heating projects based on biomass and thermal solar energy. Estimated pipeline pressure and heat losses based on calculations. Designed pipeline network with optimized economic potential and adherence to technical restrictions. Created elaborate project documentation covering technical as well as financial aspects. Prepared environmental documentation for the public institutions affected.
