Clover Internacional C.A is Venezuelan partner for Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. Customer service (Import Coordinator) for a VIP Oil & Gas company. Managed and took control over international purchase orders placed to abroad suppliers by customer. Kept an extended data sheet in Excel for daily customer’s use and analysis. Involved in conference calls with customer as well as suppliers abroad.

 Used SAP program to coordinate imports of telecommunication equipment from different distribution centers the ALU corporation has.  Managed imports logistics for biggest project on optic fiber in Venezuela (OPSUT Project).  Built and kept corporation’s main freight forwarder analysis each month from LATAM countries, in order to present Regional Management and take action on specific situations.  Supported customs and warehouse team.

 Managed general cargo for many customers from Europe and USA as route specially assigned.  Pricing for DDP and DDU (INCOTERMS 2000) shipments incoming to Venezuela.  Controlled information from each office in Venezuela in order to keep updated info to Venezuelan authorities regarding cargo transportation.  Supported In-House Department with services at Schneider Electrics and Asea Brown Boveri (ABB).
