Mihai Tun (童 敏 涵 )

I am responsible for the Product Engineering activities in the Asia-Pacific region.

I am managing the Integration Engineers Team in charge with the application of the engines produced by the FPT Industrial into the products of our Non Captive Chinese Customers

I am responsible for the Business Development and for the American and Chinese Operations.

Starting with February 2010 I have been in charge of the Project Management Office, in the Fiat Powertrain Technologies in its Shanghai Technical Centre. In the mean period I have acted as Chief Engineer（AI） for the Transmissions projects. I have been involved in the training of the JV team for the problem solving and I have support them both in the Design & Release activity and in solving the customer complains.

In Delphi C&S the Program Manager is responsible for all the non commercial relations with the customer, for the development of the product, of the Manufacturing Engineering, of the production in the first six months after SOP, of the APQP implementation, of all the costs (development, investments, start-up etc) and of the financial targets (approved by the Board) for the whole life of the product. The Program Manager is also directly involved and responsible for the DFMEA, PFMEA, Run at Rate, PPAP, PSW etc

I have been responsible for most of the Alfa Romeo's Vehicle Integration projects in this period. Program Manager of the Alfa156 Crosswagon Project.
