Managing Student Applications with extensive communication with the students, both internationally and locally, to understand their needs and successfully help them apply to the university. Managing correspondence for multiple graduate programs and keeping track of inter-departmental documentation of the applicants.

Created a mechanical design database for the company which included making a numbering system for each and every part used to make Stored Energy Welder Machines. Database saved company time and money required for creating redundant models, improved inventory management with detailed list of available and produced parts. Designed a series of jigs and fixtures for the SEW Machines that resulted in ease of material handling, reducing the time consumed for it and made mass production of that part much faster.

Worked for Process Engineering department and led all design related work for the Machine Shop. Drove improvement of processes in the machine shop, including application of lean manufacturing techniques that resulted in creating an almost perfect process for production of a few regularly produced parts. Designed fixtures for CNC Machining centers for high quantity continuous production of components resulting in ease of handling parts.

Completed one month of In-plant training in the Maintenance Department which trained me in tackling problems faced in continuous production lines and how to solve them quickly with the resources at hand.
