I run my own recruitment business specialising in placing quality personnel into the ICT marketplace focussing on client facing roles across the entire sales and project lifecycle. Positions covered include senior sales and sales management, functional and technical pre-sales through to technical and functional consulting as well as project and programme management.

I was primarily focused on owning the recruitment function for the Consulting business across the UK, Ireland and South Africa, this encompassed a variety of client facing, non-sales roles across both core technology and application areas.

Helping place candidates in pre sales roles by working closely with them to qualify needs and experience enabling me to most effectively match to the righ opportunities and avoid the pain of "wild goose chases". Covering the whole spectrum of IT with a particular focus on the more sales/business led end of the market.

Responsible on a pro-active basis in working with both clients and candidates specialising in placing senior individuals in the IT sector across sales, pre-sales and sales management roles.
