• Providing professional Project Management services in the areas of construction, technology and ad-hoc specialist projects throughout the Asia Pacific region. • Undertaking tailor made project supervision and inspection services on behalf of Clients remote from their customer sites. Consultancy provision in the fields of Asset Management systems, Highway Maintenance practices, and Contract Management.

• Based in Hong Kong, and engaged on a variety of projects within Hong Kong, China, Australia, Thailand and Singapore, in association with both Government Departments and private contractors. Previous assignments include Poland, Croatia and USA. • Responsible for the successful implementation of the exor’s highway asset management systems in Europe, and the Asia Pacific region.

• Managed the design and supervision teams for all road maintenance reconstruction and rehabilitation work within Derby City. • Responsible for the management and approval of new residential development road construction work. • Researched, recommend, and implement specialist technology projects.

• Assisting in the design of road maintenance construction works on both High Speed, and Local Roads. • Assistant Site Engineer on the A1 Jockey Lane, Nottingham reconstruction project.

• Providing technical assistance in the preparation of drawings, specifications, and contract documentation in the Roads, Bridges and Structural Projects offices, and on site. • Assistant Site Engineer (Civils) for the construction of the A50 Derby Uttoxeter Bypass. • Undertaking structural evaluation surveys of roads using a Falling Weight Deflectometer, and assisting in the preparation of condition survey reports.
