The Commission reviews and comments on Comprehensive Plan issues, prepares the Zoning Ordinance and the SALDO for consideration by the Board of Commissioners, reviews and makes recommendations on proposals to rezone land and on land development and subdivision plans, and conducts other planning studies as needed.

As internal project manager, I assist in the design and oversee the implementation of customized and actionable business-to-business research that helps our clients gain and sustain a competitive advantage in their markets throughout the world. My primary responsibilities include project scheduling; project budget analysis; daily, weekly, and monthly metrics assessments; and management of the research team.

Primary responsibilities were concentrated in managing the entire solicitation process for and administrating effective employee campaigns within Berks County organizations.

Assisted in the development and implementation of transportation demand management strategies for businesses and municipalities in Chester and Montgomery Counties (PA). Served as manager of a job access shuttle program and as co-manager of the US Route 422 Corridor Coalition.

Developed, implemented, analyzed, and presented the first Sense of Community Study in Reading, PA.
