Main activities - Working on Gosuslugi portal, which is used by more than 40,000,000 people every month; - Communicating with leading IT, financial, insurance and telecom companies in Russia; - Developing and forming the digital profile of B2C and B2B users (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, SAFe). Main achievements - Implemented 100% of quarterly plans; - Implemented 25 new functionalities, incl. integration with the data of the Federal Tax Service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Rosreestr.

Main achievements - Created an opportunity to use new financial instruments for the implementation of projects for the digitalization of economic sectors; - Initiated and implemented 5 pilot projects using technologies such as the Internet of things, big data, wearable electronics; - Developed three new approaches to monetize digital projects and products for B2G; - Systematized >60 digital projects and products; - Prepared 12 product cases for digital transformation.

Main achievements Applied the “platform first” approach and built all business processes for the linear development of the system (B2B XaaS marketplace): - Provided the system commissioning; - Systematized specification of integration protocols and interfaces; - Prepared and implemented testing development strategy; - Built a release policy (T2M decreased 6 times); - Prepared and described a list of functionalities for further development; - Updated user support routing system.

Main achievements - Organized four open data hackathons, two all-Russian open data contests and one international open data summit; - Organized an expert dialogue at the forum "Russia - Power of Sports" with the invitation of foreign specialists in 2017 (Gratitude of the Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation); - Represented Russia in the calculation of the international ranking Open data Barometer in 2017; - Doubled the revenue and profit of the business unit (year on year).

Main activities - Owning LAMP projects according SDLC; - Supervising team up to 12 people in-house and remote. Main achievements - Developed open data portal of Russia from scratch http://data.gov.ru; - Developed and updated federal monitoring system https://gosmonitor.ru; - Translated in Russian 5 stars open data https://5stardata.info/ru/.

Main achievements - Implemented an agile project development methodology (Scrum); - Carried out functional testing, preliminary and acceptance tests with further commissioning; - Developed Guidelines for publishing open data ver. 2.3 and ver. 3.0; - Took part as a reviewer of two chapters of the DMBOK2 standard (“Data quality”, “Metadata” chapters).
