My responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, providing timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new features, among other duties.

Ayusa is a leading organization promoting global learning and leadership through foreign exchange student programs. Other than data administration and analysis, website redesign, maintenance and work on Ayusa’s online presence, I managed to completely understand all tasks and processes and build an online database and CRM portal for information processing, tasks automation and communication with clients, students and other Ayusa’s offices.
