• Projects tendering and cost calculations. • Product and Machine design, shop drawings and following up with the manufacturing and fabrication workshops. • Site visits for data gathering and technical assessment. • Meeting with clients to define the scope and needs of the project. • Creating FEM simulation to validate certain designs. • Contact with vendors to provide technical clarifications on certain PRs.

Leading large workshop with over 20 technician and operator. • Mechanical Design, Simulation using FEM and CFD, validation and Shop drawing. • Programing CNC lathes, millings and EDM wire-cut machines. • Operation of electrical and vacuum furnaces for steel heat treatment. •Maintenance planning, spare parts modification, repairing and manufacturing. •Reporting KPI's, daily work plan, production lines working efficiency, maintenance and down times directly to the Chairman.
