1. Plan the upcoming demand and place order by rolling forecast to source country for product fulfillment, tracking the orders are all in process. 2. Inventory control and maintains finished goods inventory at appropriate level, and control excess in target percentage. 3. Analyze estimated units of proposed campaign and set up the module to forecast. 4. Negotiating cost price with suppliers from many different countries.

Order and manage supplies in SAP, calculate factory production adjustments according to demand, orchestrate production work schedule, do monthly supply chain efficiency and quality analysis, etc.

Sales Support Department: Sales back-end work in SAP software operations (such as: orders achieving and query, tax deduction, calculate product sales and portfolio prices, shipping warehouse modification, etc.), asset assessment, sending invoices, organizing vouchers, and answering phone calls, etc.

Term for half a year, deal with the works of the professors, solving the students’ questions, organizing documents, scoring, planning tutorials and content.

Learned banking systems, participated some lectures which were provided by Beijing Bank for understanding Chinese economy market and visited some Taiwanese companies in China.
