Take over the full responsibility for the program management to ensure that our products are ready in time with the right quality for the different programs Manage, monitor and support the project team Take part in development related activities in product life cycle including RFQ, quotation, pre-production Be the first contact for internal & external communication of program expectations Coordinate and lead program management initiatives between internal and external stakeholder

- Internal process improvements - Involvements in new projects quotations - Leadership of internal and external PDT - Assistance in tracking expenditures and budgets - Development of structures, methods, procedures and timing for implementation of assigned new product launches according to PDP (Product Development Process) - Relationship building with customers - Provides leadership and direction for various project teams and customer project teams - Manage projects budgets (P&L)

Create Open item list of project matters - Join meeting, telco's with customer to make meeting minutes and generate open item list - Follow up status of open item list based on deadline to person in charge of the item - Overall Scheduler Status Management: o Checking with person in charge that sample deliveries o SW deliveries can be delivered based on plan o If some delay happens, trigger a warning to Project manager lead

Creation and optimization of PCB design by placing the components and routing the connections based on input from hardware and mechanical engineers. Follows the layout , EMI/EMC and manufacturing guidelines. Creation and maintenance of manufacturing data (Gerber files, Dome), drawings and documentation. Creation/modification of schematics based on electrical design input. Training and coordination of new employees; PCB Ordering.
