Responsibilities: Mirco designed and implemented an improved Development Architecture including automated deployments. The project was run using Agile methodologies (including SCRUM). He led a team of 20 people including client and Accenture employees. He introduced the new architecture to all stakeholders including training and transition. Review and evaluation of tools and their usage at client site.
Responsibilites: Managing Test Environments and Code Migrations into Test Environments. Designing a Test Data strategy. Running Batches to support complex testing setups. Design and implementation of automation tools to support ongoing activities. Accomplishments: • Running the Environment and Data teams within budget for 18 months straight • Increasing productivity (reducing teamsize from 14 to 8 without impact of service levels) • Introduction of SLAs and performance metrics
Responsibilites: Sizing of filesystems to support complex systems. Building new environments from scratch. Second in Command in the development architecture team including team leadership and budget management. Supervision and coaching of junior team members. Accomplishments: • Increasing the migration performance from below 60% to above 90% • Successful preparation for Go-Live of a parallel releases of two code drops • Delivery of new environments according to schedule and budget
