Worked end-to-end across Sign-Up, Sign-In, Checkout, CRM & Referral Program — aligning user needs with business goals to drive measurable growth and stronger engagement. Highlights: • Referral Program (trust-based growth), • Checkout (simplified upgrades), • CRM (streamlined activation and retention).

Designed digital tools and map-based applications for B2B clients — turning complex data into clear, human-centered interfaces. Grew from UX craft to end-to-end design delivery across industries like mobility, environment, and social impact. Designed and implemented digital templates for “Campusscreen,” the university’s internal communication network. Collaborated with another designer to build reusable layouts for screens across multiple campuses.
