- Responsible for Andreas Paulsen Group, Bergmann & Franz Group, Detering Group - Implementation of transport planning- and management tools - Optimisation of internal transport processes and external ones the customers - Development, implementation and standardization of internal (digitalisation) transportation projects - Development and optimisation of logistics KPIs

• Design, implement and strategically develop customer-specific transport solutions for external and corporate direct customers, as well as for customers of Lufthansa Technik • Procure and manage customer-specific transport services and transport-related services • Continuously monitor and optimize both performance and costs of transport concepts • Coordinate all interfaces between internal departments and external transport service providers to fulfill the customers’ ambitious requirements
