Organized and led the development of Comverse Center of Excellence in Bulgaria. Overall strategic planning and operations of Comverse CoE. Lead local operational management team and general functions. Oversee the delivery of projects in R&D, implementation and managed services. Control performance, work quality and utilization.

Managed the technical team and the delivery of services to customers. Optimized structure and processes in alignment with business strategy.

Managed the technical unit, part of Mobiltel acquisition team. Built the Service Delivery division by integrating Mobiltel project team with teams from acquired companies. Division responsibilities were planning, technology strategy, architecture and solution design, development and integration of IT systems, and network engineering. Managed a team of 40 with 3 direct dept. heads; responsible for the planning of all technology investments in the company: > €10M CAPEX

Managed the IT Operations division responsible for deployment and operations of all business systems and enterprise applications, IT infrastructure design and implementation, data center management, end user support. Owned and supervised incident, problem, change, configuration management and key Telco business processes like billing, rating, invoice printing. Ensured delivery of highly available, customer focused, and cost effective systems and services.

Managed the department responsible for development and operations of company data networks, security systems, server and PC infrastructure, Data Centers, end user support. Managed staff of 24 and €2M budget.
