Achievements includes: - Governed the delivery of an industry-leading airfreight solution aimed to reduce cargo loss and damage by over 90% - Supported a last mile delivery program to all UK Marks and Spencer stores with estimated savings of £3 million annually - Created a packing guide used by the supply chain managers and by all suppliers - Completed a workstream of an IT project delivering savings of £1 million annually

- Implemented the digital and physical standardization of cartons in 15+ third party logistics warehouses with €2+ million annual savings. Work included communication with service providers, weekly KPI monitoring, and troubleshooting of problems - Consulted a cubiscan project for warehouses using quantitative and qualitative analysis in SQL and MS Excel - Worked with 5 cross-function colleagues to develop a new invoice tracker of the consumptions of shipping supplies by third party providers

For the undergraduate courses “Introduction to Logistics and Supply Chain Management” and “Introduction to Industrial Engineering” - Created slides for the lectures “Lean Manufacturing”, “Sustainable Supply Chains”, and “Supply Chain Risk Management” - Counseled individual students and team weekly on their challenges and performance - Developed exam questions and graded exams which are 60% of the course grade - Coordinated the forming of teams among 85 students (average per course) for course projects
