Development of safety goals and functional safety concepts (ASIL A–D) for Braking systems. Creation of HARA, FSC/TSC in DOORS, and alignment with SW/HW/Electronics teams. Execution of system FMEA and FTA with improvement measures for ASIL‑D braking systems. Preparation of item definitions, impact analyses, safety plans, safety cases, and reports. Analyze and assess system level safety requirements (ASIL A–D) in direct coordination with customers throughout the development cycle. Create and maintain HARA per ISO 26262/IEC 61508, define safety goals for E‑Drive transmission systems, and develop functional/technical safety concepts. Specify FSC/TSC in DOORS, conduct FTA in Medini, support FMEDA and FMEA (APIS IQ), enhance ASPICE processes. Develop Cyber Security TARAs, define goals and concepts per ISO 21434, and perform HARA‑TARA alignment.

Analysis and validation of customer and product system requirements. Creation and structuring of SW/HW/Safety requirements in DOORS for short‑/long‑range radar. Development of radar sensor concepts and validation of ASIL‑D safety requirements. Verification and validation for hybrid and EV systems, test design, and automation with Python/MATLAB on dSPACE HiL. Execution of functional safety tests, use of INCA/CANoe, and analysis of failed tests with detailed reporting.

- Optimization and correction of resolver simulation model for three phase inverter of pre-existing dSPACE(Hardware in loop) HIL and Xilinx (Hardware in loop) microHIL. - Creation of test plans for resolver simulation board in DOORS. - Design and Development of resolver model in Matlab/Simulink and analysis on generated code(VHDL/Verilog) using Xilinx Vivado. - Design and Develop Hardware of resolver simulation board using Altium designer.

-Development and Implementation of communication modules(CAN & CAN FD), FPGA models, electrical motor models and Inverter models for a dSPACE Hardware in loop(HIL) and microHIL in Matlab/simulink. -Formulation of Testplans for the developed models and testing with different ECU’s using hardware in loop(HIL) and Xilinx Hardware in loop(µHIL). -Design and Development of Motor Simulation Board for Controlling 48V Motor control using Eagle and Kicad.

-Developed software for UPS,Inverter and servo stabilizer with Digital Signal Processing technology using IGBT, MOSFET. - Electrical measurement, assembling, testing of Online UPS and Inverter.
