Employed as a Preventive maintenance(PM) planner of an ERP based company in Iran. Scheduling to do maintenance under ERP system and analyze the frequency of breakdown was conducted. Contributions: Applying PM strategies and analyzing, breakdowns of the machines were diminished, efficiency and productivity of the production line was enhanced significantly. Therefore, by reducing the breakdowns, costs of the company got minimized, sell and profitability of the company was enhanced accordingly.
