- Simulate a Reed-Solomon decoding algorithm using C/C++ - Establish the architecture and implement it in VHDL - Synthesis and implementation on FPGA (Virtex 6) and ASIC

• Support the PMIC’s design team in validating the airbag chip specification • Define the test setups (method, configuration and instruments) for each parameter to be validated • Perform the validation test using different lab’s equipments • Find the root cause analysis of the encountered bugs. Together with the designers, propose a solution (setup improvement or fix in the design) • Develop an automated test tool introduced in the lab methodology
