    Master’s Thesis Student – HV Energy Management

    IAV GmbH

    Developed and validated modular HV energy-management functions in MATLAB/Simulink for charging-power allocation, auxiliary-load prioritization, battery protection, and fault-triggered safe-state control. Tested four functional scenarios and a 153-run SoC/grid-power sweep, including verification of DC-link discharge from 760 V to below 60 V within 0.19 s.

    Powertrain Function Development Intern

    IAV GmbH

    Supported automotive function development for HV energy management and charging systems. Documented and refined functional requirements, implemented and updated charging-related Simulink functions, and created test cases using dummy signals, AC/DC charging scenarios, boundary conditions, and edge cases. Analysed results and documented improvements.

    Industrial Automation Intern

    CDCE Robotics

    Completed industrial automation training and an automotive machine-vision project. Worked with PLC/HMI concepts, sensors, relays, and electrical control components, and implemented an online Poka-Yoke vision-inspection system for coil-spring inspection and automated rejection, achieving 100% fault-detection accuracy during testing.
