• Coordinate and facilitate new hires experience through training and probation period. • Reduce and report attrition through all onboarding phases till end of probation period. • Enhance general employees’ satisfaction and engagement level. • Establish new encouragement programs to motivate employees for better performance outcomes.

• Develop, mentor and manage a team of 13-15 recruiters. • Report recruitment updates on daily/weekly basis to all concerned departments. • Calibrate with all concerned departments on means to develop recruitment process in order to meet client’s requests.

• Calibrating on job requirements and description with different clients to establish clear standards of recruitment. • Reporting daily analysis of team member’s recruitment performance and coaching below bar performers through 1 on 1s. • Improve means of recruitment by enhancing filtration procedures according to Teleperformance Egypt quality standards and requirements.

• Handling enhancement programs to improve potential candidates. • Coach and monitor new recruiters to enhance their on – job required skills. • Attending sessions with operation managers to calibrate job description, requirement and needed skills.

• Creating pool of candidates via a variety of networks. • Screening potential CVs and filtering out candidates suitable for vacancies in respect of job description. • Build pool and sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, and internet sites; providing organization information, career path and opportunities; and benefits; making presentation; maintaining rapport.
