Social media content moderator with recently acquired experience and a new set of skills as a Team Leader for one of the biggest groups in this project.

I have had an opportunity to become a temporary Team Leader for one of the biggest groups in the project. This was a perfect opportunity to see, how it works from operational side of the company. During this time, I also acquired new skills and improved in other areas, for example new ways of communication (participated in company's internal trainings for operation teams) and improvement in planning.

I worked here as Junior CSA, in other words cabin crew. My job was to provide costumer service onboard the aircraft, take care of safety and well-being of our passengers and crew and also sales of our onboard products. There was an intensive safety, security and sales training before starting the position.

My job was to greet clients in our branch and assists them with cash deposits, withdrawals, help costumers with minor issues, offer new products, refer them to other personnel based on their needs. During first two months, I have attended full sales and communication training.

I was in direct contact with costumers in the store, providing costumer service, offering and selling new products, solving costumers issues on daily basis. At the beginning, I took a part in intensive sales and communication training.

Most of the time, I worked at the cash desk, occasionally helping other departments of the store with carrying and displaying new products or cleaning.
