I'm responsible for managing and expanding a network of recruiting partnerships, in order to further the company's growth and edge in Multilingual Operations. Most of the Recruitment Agencies and other Partners are located in Europe, with particular focus on the German and Dutch markets.

- Recruitment of multilingual Customer Service Repesentatives, both locally and from all over Europe; - Coaching a team of 40 professionals; - Forecasting and capacity planning; - Sourcing Strategy, strategic partnerships and advertising plan; - Financial planning and budget control; - Quality contol; - Applications database optimization; - Method validation, with particular attention to linguistic sceening, and continuous improvement; - New Business and Pricing.

- Leading the International Recruitment team; - Support the company’s strategic goals by selecting the most competent teams from candidates from all over the World; - Planning and organizing recruitment and selection processes for international profiles; - Establishing partnerships and protocols with international organisations, local institutions and universities; - Promoting a seamless integration with Training and Operations; - Assuring all legal, administrative and ethical standards are met.
