Managing wireless capacity team to analyze network data and utilize it to augment capacity and address densification. Follow through with projects creation to assess business cases and ensure the availability of required network resources on the wireless networks to meet Service Delivery needs.

 Egypt Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as senior Wireless LTE & 5G Engineer with responsibility to support more than 200 customers.  GTAC China Job rotation for 3 month.  Responsible for solving all technical problems related to customer network Throughput quality, GUL & 5G Interoperability, User Access, call drop problems, new feature implementation guidance.

• Managing team consists of multiple positions (RAN, Core, VAS, IPBB, Security and Transmission). • Effectively leads the team during a shift to ensure that excellent operations are consistently achieved by delegating duties, assigning specific tasks and ensuring team members are prepared for each day. • Responsible for the training and development of team members. • Follow inventory control procedures and guidelines.

• March 2016 – August 2017: Ericsson 3G & LTE RF Optimization o November till August 2017: Ericsson LTE RNO in Etisalat Egypt LTE rollout project with Ericsson.  May to November: Ericsson 3G Swapping Huawei equipment by Ericson equipment in Cairo area and responsible for the following: Final acceptance of the cluster depending on the cell level KPIs after swap, compared to the before ones, Cluster acceptance

• Swapping Ericsson equipment by Huawei equipment in Cairo area and responsible for the following: • Enhancing coverage, Quality and KPI’s by redesign action after the following process: performing Drive test, analyzing logs and use Asset tool to set solutions (re-azimuth, Up Tilt or Down Tilt, etc...). • Final acceptance of the cluster depending on the cell level KPIs after swap compared to the before ones • The compared parameters are as follows: CSSR, BI_CDR, BI_CSB, SDB, and HOSR

Assurance of delivering E2E Performance Monitoring function to detect and classify degradation across all network domains along all network elements. • Monitor the 2G, 3G and Transmission network KPI’s and analyze them in case of any degradation or abnormality found for Ericsson(BSC/RNC/BTS/Node B and TN) and (ZTE nodes ). • Basic troubleshooting in order to solve the problem. • Pre-agreed process of escalation in case the detected problem is not solved

• Monitoring Etisalat network (Ericsson & ZTE) and software troubleshooting the problems and alarms in the network 2G & 3G (OMC) • 1st line technical support to field engineer in solving problems in microwave transmission equipment, 2G BTS and 3G Node B stations. • Reporting the network status and performance to Etisalat 2G & 3G • Report the 2G and 3G availability and performance of the network to the customer

• Operationally holds ownership and responsible to manage and fix all Critical Incidents occurring in customer’s network and making required escalations where ever required as per defined escalation process • Minimizes impact of incidents or events on customer experience. Ensures end to end support, coordination and control of Incidents. • Manages, creates and distributes reports related to Incident Management function. Also responsible for gathering all required information related to critical incidents
