• Drive the production facility to meet the customer specifications concerning quality, quantity, costs and delivery performance • Lead a team of 5 production leaders and 10 process engineers and 210 operators to maximize the value provided by operations

• Lead the Operational Excellence and Quality department activities and teams (10 employees); • Support teams to solve complex problems, increase yield, reduce operations costs and process lead time; • Be the Champion of the LSS initiative implementation. The average yearly cost saving was 850 thousand USD; • Conduct Lean Six Sigma White, Yellow and Green Belt trainings;

• Lead the Quality department activities and team (5 employees); • Guarantee the ISO 9001 and the ISO/TS 16949 certification; • VDA 6.3 third party audits; • Define and lead Lean Six Sigma projects; • Define and implement a new FMEA approach for Klüber; • Define and implement visual management tools in the production area; • Define QA and QC strategy and orientation for the Belgian plant;

• Guarantee the ISO 9001, the ISO/TS 16949, the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification; • Schedule and realize internal audits; • Prepare and provide training related to the quality system and its tools; • Control and follow implementation of corrective and improvement actions; • Implement improvement projects like: Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen workshops, 5S, TPM, PDCA and FMEA;

• Manage the daily production team activities (24 operators and 3 team leaders) to fulfill the production plans • Meet established customer specifications concerning cycle time, delivery, quality, quantity and costs • Identify and develop the team’s skills, assure appropriate staffing and maintain working environment according to EHS standards

• Managing quality issues during project development • Drive project plan according to customer requirements and Valeo project management guidelines • Evaluate the project risks through the update of the Design and Process FMAE’s • Develop project dashboard and scorecard • Monitoring part & process validation progress and coordinate corrective actions • Prepare the project for phase validation readiness and Present the project for phase review at the steering committee.
