Responsible to plan, organize, manage, control, and coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for managing the consignment transportation of clients, including defining and improving the processes to ensure on-time delivery of clients’ consignments as per contract and excellent customer service at optimal cost. The job holder is responsible for Operations safety and Government relations.

As a fleet-tracking superintendent, I was responsible for: 1- monitoring and controlling the fleet misuse and driver performance per project and actions taken by the project manager. 2- implementation of the Safety standards. 3- monitoring the operation main costs. As a local buyer, I was responsible for material's requisitions, sourcing & negotiation processes, supplier evaluations, bid proposals, and provide recommendations for best decisions and most cost effective solutions.

-Monitoring Operations' costs including Fuel, Trip Bonus, Petty Cash, 3rd Party invoices and Maintenance for 500+ fleet. -Creating 3rd Party yearly contracts. -Designed (with successful implementation) some databases using MS ACCESS for supporting the entire operation’s activities. -Reporting the operational cost in monthly bases.

As an accountant, I was responsible for reviewing (ٍSalesmen's Custodian - Prices of daily sales invoices - Salesmen's expenses). As an ERP key user, I was responsible for training all sales team and supporting 11 branches for ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 (4 modules) & Handheld system for sales.

I studied 19 different courses in diversified business fields including leadership, strategic management, marketing, finance, business law, operation and project management, HR, Corporate social responsibility. Master Thesis titled (Assessing the effectiveness of ERP Post-Implementation phase).

I studied Business Administration, Funds & Economy, Stock Market, and more focus on Finance as per Global Standards.
