**O&M support for following nodes: * (MMC 5.0) * (MIEP 4.0) * (OLM 5.0) * (EMM 5.0) * (EMA 5.0) * (ADC 3.0) **O&M Activities: * Daily health check of all VAS. * Regular alarm check and take proper action on it. * Regular check of different services like mms, wap, subscriber provisioning. * Provide feedback of customer questionnaires. * Update system configuration as per customer requirements. * Prepare daily alarm report and submit to manager before COB.

**Responsibility: * Product - MMC R4.0 HA, MIEP 3.0 HA, ECDS 3.0 SA, MRBT 2.0, EMA 5.0 HA Sc. * Support * Provide customer support at the earliest moment on responsible products. Responsible to work 7X24. * Solution Design * Work close with solution team, SA, give input to solution document. * Project Team * Work in project, give feed back to project manager about project status. Update project document if necessary.

* Analyze customer*s requirements for the software development; demonstrate high level view of the software system in front of the customer, so that he could understand how the whole process would execute. Modify the process if necessary based on discussion with customer. * Writing programming code to develop the different modules of a software according to the system requirements. * Skill development to cope with new programming

* Process monthly billing data in Oracle Server in AIX 6000 system. * LAN supervision and administration. * Support on software, hardware of the local computers and server. * Took part on the official web-page development. * Prepare MIS reports by collecting data remotely from regional office.
