Project management for special customer IT transformation projects in the mobility and messaging area.

Service Desk (Back-Office) for software administration in the environment of Microsoft client and server infrastructures. Support for customers and client technicians. Administration tasks in the area of Microsoft Active directory, Exchange and system management server. Technical support in small IT projects.

Proposal preparation, project management in the area of access control -, fire alarm - and multimedia technology systems as well as maintenance, repair and fault clearance for the company Siemens Building Management.
