 Working with Microsoft R&D team in a research project code name “Passau” and its beta version is launched as a Microsoft Azure ML in part of TAP program.  Analysed the existing systems and the business user requirements for tactical and strategic needs.  Developing DW & Predictive Analytics roadmap for company and identify sensible use case and business case development

 Designed a three tier based Data Warehouse architecture.  Customized and Implemented Bill Inmon’s data warehouse development methodology  Performed Vendor Product evaluation and Selection for: Data Extraction and Transformation Tools, Meta Data Tools, Database (DBMS), DSS OLAP tools (Product analysis included the World Wide Web/Internet Interfaces).  Created the Data Warehouse Data Model to store atomic level data and the summarized data.

 Responsible for all databases architecture and program design, backups and restores, monitoring SQL up time, designing and maintaining DTS packages.  Design ETL process involving data quality, testing and information delivery and access to the data warehouse.  Lead the development of the company’s data warehouse and define Meta data standards for the data warehouse.

 Analyzed the existing systems and the business user requirements for tactical and strategic needs.  Defined the Architecture and the various phases to create the data warehouse.  Created the Multi Dimensional data model (STAR Schema) and enhanced it to meet the growing requirements due to corporate mergers.  Created the ETL architecture and provided strategy related to data cleansing, data quality and data consolidation
