Provide Management of Benchmark reports.

• Customer work scope evaluation, provide a full report which summarizes Man-Hours break down of the work scope and the required ground time to perform the work scope. • Create flow chart of the check based on major tasks and mile stone. • Control the evaluation process by measuring KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) with the actual Man-Hours.

• Prepare detailed short and long term forecasting for fleet maintenance requirement, and coordinate with maintenance and commercial for preparation and planning. • Preparing, reviewing and editing check work package, estimate TAT and fixes when aircraft will be grounded for maintenance. • Assess the impact on planned maintenance changes from effect of proposed schedules from commercial and reschedule accordingly to insure compliance of the planned maintenance does not overrun
