Study and review MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire fighting) projects by analyzing requirements, scope, drawing, BOQ and specifications.  Conduct accurate and detailed cost estimations for HVAC projects, considering material costs, labor expenses, and other relevant factors. Review and modify drawings to align with project changes and updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design standards.

• Study and review of tender documents, scope of works, drawing, BOQ specification client requirement from the tender documents for proper estimation works. • Select appropriate HVAC equipment, including air handling units, chillers, boilers, and ventilation systems. • Preparing quantities and material required for project depending on design

• Review project requirements and specifications to understand the HVAC needs. • Conduct site visits to gather information on existing conditions and constraints. • HVAC systems that meet project requirements, considering factors such as space constraints, energy efficiency, and environmental impact • Select appropriate HVAC equipment, including air handling units, chillers, boilers, and ventilation systems

• Prepare comprehensive proposals for HVAC projects, outlining technical solutions, project timelines, and cost breakdowns • Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and provide technical support during the sales process • Work closely with project managers to ensure a smooth transition from the estimation phase to project execution
