In this role I was involved as principal product designer in the development of next generation products from the marketing concept up to the pilot plant stage liaising closely with various levels of the company such as R&D, engineering, production and marketing. In addition to my role as product developer, I had the responsibility to provide the production with finished product specifications as well as the Bill of Material

My main duties were to lead the development of carbon based materials dedicated to next generation products taking into account product performance, consumer expectations, safety and manufacturing requirements. This experience allowed me to gain excellent knowledge on plannification, results consolidation, experimental plan, scientific reports writing, results sharing and progress against plan presentation.

In this function I carried out filter development activities from idea generation up to process validation including literature review; optimal materials; technology selection; generation of invention disclosure records; design of the experiment and selection of new vendors. I developed and executed experimental plans, consolidated, analyzed and reported scientific data fulfilling the required high scientific quality and the timeliness of delivery.
