Examination the Quality of in-house/Incoming components that are used in production , Reduction in Customer PPM and Internal PPM by using Q. C. tools like Pareto analysis, 5-Why analysis, Cause & effect diagram, control chart etc. Inspection of Heavy Structure ,Castings, Forgings, & Precise Machined parts as per Drawings , QAP'S/SOP. Handling the all measurement Instrument like vernier ,Micrometer ,Bore gauges , Go -NoGo gauge ,Trimos

Generation of Quality Assurance Plan /SOP for individual Items and submission to suppliers . Inspection of precious machined components according to the geometrical symbols and close tolerances in microns. . Testing of Gear boxes and Motors, Hydraulic units & Gears Optimize quality through the usage of lean manufacturing tools such as Kaizen, 5s,PDCA, Gemba walk Preparation and approval of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documents to establish process & product control at supplier end.

Proactively handle Engine machining production Line having Cylinder head & Crankcase etc. Hands on working on CNC machine for Engine machining setup including programming and Machine Tool modification & presetting . Part of new production line development project setup for new engine. Cost cutting ideas for the improvement of the department. Maintained quality related PM charts like SPC ,Control Charts Study CMM reports for item geometrical accuracy and made suitable corrective action accordingly

DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
