Apart from managing an enthusiastic team of Consultants and Operations Director, I take the lead in developing international business and corporate partners for the company. Additionally, structuring international industrial trainings and internships for the, youth of the world, is also part of my responsibilities.

After a successful completion of the consultant track, I supported the sales and Go To Market team in a Service Parts Management (SPM) performance health check at Agfa. On behalf of Global Services, I was responsible for “As Is” process discovery and “To Be” recommendations for the company and its supply chain processes. Currently I am working as an Application Consultant with KLM on an SPM implementation. I am responsible for User Acceptance Testing and End User training.

Internee within the Car Development (FGI) department. Leading, together with BMW USA, supplier management & integration for X3 & X4. Deputizing Start of Production (SOP) planning for the new X3 & X4. Simultaneously supporting project teams in data collection and analysis.

Internee within the strategic procurement department PSWM. Lead the ‘material enablement’ & ‘capacity expansion’ project for airbus A321. On behalf of aerostructure procurement, deputized the recovery and ramp up project for airbus A330.

Working Student (part time job) within the strategic procurement department PSWM. Responsible for contract closure of Airbus A350XWB-900 and contractual negotiations with potential suppliers for Airbus A350XWB-1000. Besides my main tasks I was supporting cross functional supplier development program.
