Founder and manager at a product design company, including design, manufacturing in Chile and India, distribution worldwide, marketing and sales.

I was in charge of the interface between our company and German customers: GM, Ford, Daimler, Audi, BMW. My responsabilities included being the liason with all our factories, distributed along Europe. Between my achievements are obtaining for Gonvarri the first outsourcing by Ford Europe of the blanking process to an external company, the outsource of all the tools to our different sites and follow up of the process.

In Benteler I was able to manage projects from the design of a chassis part to the assambly in the car. I was the leader of an international team in charge of all the processes involved including stamping, welding, KTL and assambly. I coordinated team members' work, taking decisions and solving issues in difficult situations. I was also responsable for the Budget of the projects.
