Responsible for developing talent pipeline strategies that support the acquisition of Talent into identified strategic gap area. Main activities: to asses talent gaps, to identify talent needs and to develop and implement programs and initiatives for Italy Region. Responsible for implementing and deploying Talent Review process, Performance Management process, Successor Analysis process. Under my responsibility the Annual Training Plan and all the activities related to the employees development.

MCS Accord Group: I was responsible for recruiting and selecting Middle Management level employees. I carried out management consulting projects. Ema Partners International Italy: Recruiting and selection of Middle Management employees. Consulting projects deployed: Organisational analysis, planning and execution of assessment centres and role playing.
