As the Manager of IT Core Services, I am responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, managing, and continuously enhancing a range of IT core technologies including Active Directory, Entra ID, Identity Access Management, Modern Endpoint Management tools like MECM and Intune, Azure SSO, Windows 365 and M365. In this role, I lead a global team that implements strategies to automate or eliminate repetitive tasks, thereby reducing administrative overhead and improving workplace operations.
