Maintaining revenue streams earned from mobile networks to maximize the benefits of complex commercial teams. In consulting company we provided marketing and advertising services for our customers. We were researching and analyzing market to find customer's requirements and trends e.g distribution channels. We mapped customer's business plan to enhance efficiency. In case of need we provided recruitment for our customers as well.

In casual dinning restaurant I was responsible for budget planning and all financial operations. I prepared weekly and monthly reports. I supervised all staff and make sure customer's requirements are satisfied. As I was managing team of 10+ people and working with them I needed to handle conflict at workplace. I was responsible for recruiting staff and make sure newcomers are trained properly. Important part of my responsibilities was also promotion, event management and PR management.
